View an article sheet

To view an item sheet, click on the line of the desired item. The item sheet is then displayed in view mode:

All information about the product is displayed in blocks:

  1. Details : label, reference, format, category, specifications, description and type and reference products.
  2. Coding : EAN and EAN dates, EAN inno/definitive switch, Internal codes and internal code dates.
  3. Lifecycle : Creation date, Status, First available, Last available, Publication end date, Publication start date, Publication.
  4. Units and logistics : logisticians, PCB, promotional units and order units.
  5. Classification : Product related classifications.
  6. Rates : Rate 1, Rate 2, Rate 3, Profitability.
  7. Measurements : width, height, volume, length, weight, net weight.
  8. Additional fields : capacity, sPCB, POM (€), BNR and all additional fields created for your platform.
  9. Contextual information : all store information (Store item code, Store first availability, Store last availability, Store profitability, Store prices 1, 2 and 3), store/period, circuit and circuit/period.

Classifications

To access the Classifications block, the user must have access to the SFA process.

On the right, you find:

  1. Visual identity : visuals linked to the product.
  2. Priority : set of product priorities over the period selected in the 'Articles' menu.
  3. Associated files : set of documents associated with the item record.

Create an item sheet

To create an item sheet, click on the 'New item' button (available if the user has creation permission). A new article sheet is displayed:

Fill in the required fields whose label and box are in red (at least Label, category, format, EAN or customer code and publication, or even the required additional fields). You can also fill in the other fields.

To save the item sheet, all mandatory fields must be filled in. The “Required fields” block, located at the top right of the item sheet, summarizes all the mandatory fields. Click on a field to be redirected:

It is possible to add as many images as desired and choose the main image of the product by clicking on the button located in the 'Visual Identity' block.

Contextual fields on creation

Contextual fields are only available after a first save.

Product Type vs Promotional Units

If a product is of the “Promotional” type, it must be linked to at least one promotional unit.
If a product is of the “Stock” type, it can be linked to a promotional unit.

Societies & classifications

If at least one company is set up in the back office, choosing a classification is mandatory when creating/modifying the product.

Edit an item sheet

To edit a product sheet, click on the relevant product line. The product is then displayed in reading mode. Then click on the 'Edit' button (available if the user has edit permission and write rights on the product category) located at the top right to enter the global fields edit mode, or select a context and click the button (available if the user has the context fields edit permission and write rights on the product category) to edit the additional fields.

When the desired changes have been made, click the 'Save' button to save the changes. A floating window warns when the changes have been saved:

Status change alert and publication

If you change your product status to “Deleted” or unpublish the product, a pop-up will summarize whether there are any current and future term agreements for the product. You then have the option to automatically create a delisting agreement for the brands you select.

Delete an item

Single deletion

To delete an item, click on the relevant product line. The product will then be displayed in reading mode. Click on the “Delete” button (available if the user has delete permission). A confirmation pop-up is displayed, click on “Ok”:

Click “Ok” again to return to the list of items.

Multiple deletion

If you have delete permission on your role, the button appears in the Items menu along with the other action buttons, as well as checkboxes in the table.

Select products from the table using the check boxes, then use the button . Confirm the deletion in the pop-up so that the selected products are deleted:

Only products for which you have write permission on the category are selectable.

Deleting a product

Any deletion is final, no going back is possible.
