The "Campaigns" menu allows you to create campaigns concerning advertising and promotional means and/or promotional campaigns.
Create an advertising and promotional campaign
Click the button , then enter the campaign label, as well as the campaign and in-store operation dates. You can also enter a description and link the campaign to a highlight .
Points of attention
- Create your highlights and products before creating the campaign;
- Don't forget to publish the campaign;
- If the "Mandatory store" option is checked, the user will be able to have equipment or services delivered to a delivery location, but must choose a store associated with the order.
The dates
The campaign period is the period during which the campaign is visible to create orders.
The in-store operating period corresponds to the period during which deliveries and services can be carried out in store.
It is then possible to set different start and end dates depending on the means.
Example :

Add products
In the Means (1) > Means (2) tab, select a means from the list (3), then click on (4).
The method is added to the list, and it is then possible to modify the in-store operation dates by method, and to enter an order deadline beyond which users will no longer be able to order the products of the method.
Click the button to add products (5) (only those published on campaign will be displayed) from the selected medium to the campaign.

For Animation means, it is possible to limit the service dates to a predefined list by clicking on (6).
Restrict the campaign
It is possible to restrict a campaign to logisticians, service providers, classifications, organizations and brands using the associated tabs (1).

But it is also possible to target points of sale for a campaign in the "Targeting" tab (2).
Click on and use the filters to select the desired stores. They are added to the table in the Targeting tab, and it is then possible to recommend quantities per store.
By activating the option "Restrict the campaign to targeted stores", only the stores included in the targeting can be delivered in POS or service provision.
Add documents
The Documents tab allows you to link documents to a campaign so that they are easily viewable by front office users. To do this, click on the . All you have to do is select files in the folder tree or click on “Select” to automatically add a document from your PC to the eCOS ® Doc folder and attach it to the campaign.

Click the button , then enter the campaign label, as well as the campaign and in-store operation dates. You can also enter a description and link the campaign to a highlight.
Point of attention
- Create your highlights , products and promotional units before creating the campaign;
- Don't forget to publish the campaign.
The dates
The campaign period corresponds to the period during which the campaign is visible in the front office.
The trading period is the period during which users can view traded volumes.
The in-store operation period corresponds to the period during which the promotion is in store and users can see the volumes.
The negotiation period must be after the in-store operation period, and the two cannot overlap.

Set up the promotion
In the Promotions tab, click on (1)
Then in the “Settings” tab, enter the wording of the promotion, which price to use for the valuation, the distribution as well as the negotiation and supply dates (2).
If this is a local promotion, check the associated button (3). Local operations allow you to provide a framework to the sales force (available offers and products), then the latter chooses from the offers and products made to carry out a local promotion.
Finally, you can indicate whether the force can take up to two photos when notifying the promotion, and whether at least one photo is mandatory (4)

In the “Offers” tab, click on to add a new offer. Indicate its label and select a promotion mechanism. Then click on
to add the desired products. For each product, select its promotional unit(s) (if the product only has one promotional unit, it is automatically selected).
If the promotion has not yet started, you can manage the list of linked products at your convenience by adding new ones, or by deleting them. If the promotion has already started, you can add products, but you cannot delete them. However, you can unpublish products or offers by using the associated checkboxes.
Restrict promotion
It is possible to restrict a campaign to classifications, organizations and brands using the associated tabs (1).

But it is also possible to target points of sale for a promotion in the "Targeting" tab (2).
Click on and use the filters to select the desired stores. Activate the option "Restrict campaign to targeted stores", so the promotion is only visible for the points of sale in the list.

Import goals
If the promotion is national (i.e. you have not checked the Local Promotion option), you can enter goals by Organizations / Stores / Offers / Products in the “Import goals” tab.
Select the combination you want from Organizations (required) / Stores / Offers / Products. Select whether these are volume or value targets, then click to access the table to be completed.

Fill in, then click the Save button.
Validate local promotions
As part of local promotions, you can have the offers negotiated validated by the sales force.
To validate or reject stratum changes, click on the icon then select a line in the table on the left. You will then be able to see the offers (with dates and products) negotiated by the sector manager. They can be accompanied by a comment and photos:
