Create a direct order

Choose the products

List of products

To place a direct order, go to the “My orders” menu, then “Product catalog”.

In the filters, select a company in the “Classifications” area as well as a delivery location.

The products are sorted according to the order entered in the catalog configured in the back office .

By default, the view is in thumbnail mode. To see more products, click on to switch to list view.

The button allows you to hide non-orderable products (products that do not have order units for example), and to lighten the list of products.

To quickly find a product, you can:

  • Enter the label or EAN of a product in the search bar;
  • Use filters to find product categories.

Product details

In the box of each product, you can click on the visual to display it in full size.

By clicking on the product label, the pop-up with the detailed product information opens. You can find all the product characteristics as well as the attached documents:

In the product list, if a product has attached documents, the icon is displayed.

Add products to shopping cart

For a product, choose the quantities using the buttons And , and choose the control unit if the product has several. Then click on to add it to the cart or on to add it as a free product.

When a product is already present in the shopping cart, its background in the product list is blue:

To access the shopping cart, click on The number in the blue bubble corresponds to the number of different products in the cart.

You can still change the quantities using the buttons And , delete a product with the button or remove all products from the cart with

Click on the “Order” button or on to finalize the order.

Set up the controls

If information is missing, the icon is displayed in the “Finished Products” tab.
The button allows you to add the product for free (if the back-office settings allow it ).
The button allows you to make percentage and/or value discounts on the product ( if the back-office settings allow it ).

For each product, fill in the missing information that is framed in red. Once all the information is filled in, click on to move on to the order validation/creation stage (the delivery charge must also be reached if it is mandatory).

Click on to generate the purchase order.

Summary and validation of orders

The order summary allows you to view all the products ordered by company and point of sale.

At this step you can add a comment using the button

Click “Return to Shopping Cart” if you wish to make changes to your orders.
Click on to start generating orders.

If for some reason an order could not be created, you have the option to return it to the shopping cart, force the synchronization of this order or delete it:

Click on to access the tracking of your orders .
