Dynamic knowledge base
Access to the knowledge base is now dynamic. That is to say that depending on the menu in which you are in the back office, you will be automatically redirected to the right page on the FAQ.

Users: number of licenses vs limit
In the “Users” menu, you can now view the number of process licenses you are entitled to, and compare it to the number of process licenses currently used by your platform.

Reporting: mandatory fields
Mandatory fields in reports are now displayed with a red asterisk * .

Backing up an organization
Widget settings are no longer required when saving an organization.

Sign/delivery locations: attach documents
You can link documents to stores or delivery locations.
They will then be automatically visible in a customer's file or during a visit.

Delivery locations: sign required
When creating or modifying a delivery location, the sign is mandatory for the Store and Prospect location types.

Return orders: restriction of return reasons
In the "Companies" menu, return reasons can now be restricted to roles.

Questionnaire: restriction to subtypes
It is now possible to restrict a questionnaire to visit subtypes.

Subtype: Restriction to roles or organizations
You can restrict a visit subtype to roles and/or organizations.

Statement: discontinued product goes into picking.
When a product was present or out of stock during a survey, and it is delisted during the next visit, it remains in the survey in picking mode if the corresponding option on the SFA method has been activated.

Promotional campaign: mandatory negotiation dates
When creating a promotion, trading dates are now mandatory.

Reporting: categories deleted
In the various SFA reports, if a category has been deleted, it is now displayed “Deleted category ID [XXX]”.

List of products
In the product list, the ID and reference are now clickable to open the product sheet.

BO Order
User interface improvements have been made to the BO command.
You can also delete lines at 0 using the new button.
In the summary step, the “Delivery Location” column has been resized. You can also manually resize the columns.

• Users: In the Organizations tab, the link to return to the organization attached to the user was not functional;
• Survey templates: after adding products/brands for the requirement to survey a field, the vertical scroll bar was not active;
• BO Order: When creating a merch order, the calculation of day/night hours in the input help was not correct;
• BO Order: If a wave date is an excluded day, it is no longer included in the list of possible delivery dates.
