The "Visit stages" menu allows you to configure the order of the stages of a visit according to a combination.
Default Steps
The first two steps of a visit are necessarily "Point of sale situation" and "Preparation", while the last two are necessarily "Analyze" and "Closure".

Create a visit workflow
Click the button and indicate a Distribution Channel / Visit Type / Visit Subtype combination.
Visit stages
Drag the steps from left to right. It is possible to change the order of the steps with drag and drop.

By clicking on the "Closure" step, it is possible to indicate whether the user must indicate whether or not they have met a contact at the end of the visit.
Geolocation
The “Geolocation” tab allows you to configure the geolocation of visits.
Indicate whether eCOS ® should geolocate the user at the start and/or end of the visit, and the tolerance in number of meters (for example, if the tolerance is 100m and the user is located 200m away, he will not be able to start the visit).
If the "Allow to override geolocation" option is enabled, users who have the role permission will be able to override geolocation if they are not within the tolerance in meters. But the visit will be marked as "Bypassed".
Finally, it is possible to enable notifications when a user exceeds geolocation. To do this, indicate the organization level and roles that will receive the notifications.
Edit a visit workflow
Click on the visit workflow to modify, then, in the "Details" tab, modify the Distribution channel / Visit type / Visit subtype combination or the steps and geolocation settings before saving.
Delete a visit workflow
Click on the visit workflow to delete, then on the button to then confirm the deletion.
