Make a customer service request
The after-sales service request allows you to ask the service provider to repair or replace a piece of furniture in place at a point of sale.
To create a customer service request, go to the “Order tracking” menu, then click on an order number to open the detail pop-up. In the action buttons, click on “Customer service request”:

In the new pop-up, choose the serial number of the furniture and provide a comment for the service provider:

Status rule
The order must be in progress status to be able to request an early recovery/extension.
Follow up on a customer service request
In the “Order Tracking” menu, it is possible to filter orders that have a pending after-sales service request that has not yet been validated by the service provider. These orders also have the icon next to their number:

In the order details pop-up, customer service tracking is available in the “Customer Service Request” block:
