1. Filters allow you to filter the Preplanning (3) and My POS (2) lists. It is possible to filter by brand, circuit, type of location, group and channel. It is also possible to filter POS that have not reached a KPI using the “KPI not reached” filter, POS that have not been visited for X days using the “Freshness” filter, POS for which no order has been placed since a certain date or by departments.

By selecting a POS, the preferred visiting times entered in the customer file are displayed in blue:

By clicking on The point of sale details opens and includes the information from the My Customers menu:

3. Pre-planning contains the list of POS added in the pre-planning from the home page widgets or the My clients menu.

4. The search bar allows you to filter the Pre-planning and My PDV lists by indicating a label, a brand, an address, a postal code or a city.

5. Action buttons

	Allows you to show/hide appointments in the Outlook calendar
	Allows access to the calendars of hierarchically linked users or shared calendars
	Allows you to go to the next or previous day/week/month
	Refocus the calendar on today's date
	Allows you to switch to Day/Week/Month views
	Allows you to display the calendar in full screen

Color code :

Each visit placed in the calendar has a color code according to its status:

Grey : visit to be validated or refused
Black : HC type visit (Non-Customer)
Blue : future visit
Orange : visit in progress or past visit not started
Green : visit closed
Red : Visit cancelled in the past

When the tour is in progress, the icon is displayed in the tour box. When the tour preparation has been completed, it is the icon which is displayed.

When the visit is closed, it is possible to consult it in reading mode using the button or edit the tour comment directly in the pop-up.
