Manage your schedule

There are two ways to fill your diary:

  • By dragging and dropping a PDV from Pre-planning or My PDV to the desired time slot;
  • By clicking directly on the desired time slot.

You can place a visit at least at the time of day, or in the past of the day if the permission is enabled .
You may also not be able to place a visit if the visit frequency is exceeded and blocking, and you do not have the associated permission .
If the maximum working time (set by the administrator) is reached, it is no longer possible to place a visit:

In the calendar, the working time of the day is then displayed in green. While the rest time is displayed in yellow. It is then possible to place a visit only after the rest time:

Once the visit is placed in the calendar, it is possible to change the date and time of the visit (the visit is created with a default duration set by the administrator on the SFA means or on the distribution channel ). The comment area will be visible in the visit preparation.

It is very important to choose the desired visit subtype. Depending on the subtype, the visit steps may be different.

If the visit was placed more than 30 minutes from the current time, it is only possible to prepare it

If the tour was placed less than 30 minutes from the current time, it is possible to start it

If geolocation is enabled, you must be within X meters of the store to start the tour.
If you are not within the authorized radius, you will not be able to start the tour unless you have the proper permission or a temporary geolocation bypass .

Routing

In Day or Week view, each day's header shows:

  1. The driving time planned and calculated by Google Maps for the day;
  2. The visiting time and the number of visits planned for the day (only CL type visits);
  3. The accumulation of driving time + visiting time.

By clicking the button (visible only in Day view and if the “Visit position” option of the SFA means is activated), then on the routing of the day appears with the travel times for each trip:

It is possible to switch to car or pedestrian mode using the button

The button allows you to display the routing details:

The button allows you to open Google Maps on a computer or open the Google Maps application on a smartphone.

One click on the button of a visit allows you to center the map on the POS.
