General

Statement templates: mandatory information to be recorded
Previously, if a field was checked as mandatory, it was necessary to provide a context (product and/or brand) for it to be mandatory in the front office.
Now, if a field is checked as mandatory and you do not provide any context, it will be mandatory for all products in all stores.

SFA Means : List of KPIs
In the SFA medium, the Total products out of stock and Out of stock rate KPIs have been added to the lists:

Email field character limit
The Email field for store contacts has been increased from 50 to 100 characters maximum.

Promotions

Local operations (pirates)
You can now create local operations. Determine a framework (offers, products and minimum/maximum UC per product), then the sales force can create these local operations in store.
You can then indicate whether the local operation created by a CS is counted or not by the manager.

Importing goals
You can now import volume OR value targets directly from a promotion.
Select the combination you want from Organizations (required) / Stores / Offers / Products. Select whether these are volume or value targets, then click to access the table to be completed.

Choice of tariff
In the campaign settings, Promotions tab, it is now possible to indicate which product sheet rate to use (rate 1, rate 2 or rate 3). In the front office and the various reports, for a given product, the X brand rate is used. If there is no brand rate, the global rate is then used.

Negotiation level
Now only Product trading level is available.

New promotions reporting
The all new promotions reporting allows you to analyze multiple promotions/offers at the same time.
The many filters and columns available will help you to better analyze your promotions.

Promotional planning: access to a promotion
In the Promo Planning menu, after clicking on a promotion to open the details pop-up, the button allows you to be redirected to the promotion settings.

Sales plan for promotions
The new “Promotional POS Model” menu allows you to set up a promotional sales plan that the sales force could download or send to their store contact.
Once created, you must configure the sales plan template for promotions in the “Template configuration” or “Companies” menu.
