Questions
There are 11 different question types. To create a question, drag the type you are interested in from left to right. Once the question is added, click on it to open the "Question Details":

Enter the question title and description (optional), and indicate whether it is:
- Published: Does the question appear in the front office?
- Mandatory: the user will not be able to proceed to the next step of the visit without having answered all the mandatory questions;
- Redundant: If redundant, the question will be asked at each visit to the same point of sale. If non-redundant, the question will be asked at each visit to the same point of sale until there is an answer. After the first answer, the question is not asked again;
- Keep answer: if checked, the previous answer in the same point of sale is redisplayed.
The position of the question in the survey is also indicated. If there are multiple questions in the same survey, you can change the positions by dragging and dropping in the form column.
For questions of type integer, decimal number, currency and date, it is possible to indicate an authorized response range:

For single-select or multiple-select list questions, the "Allowed Answers" tab allows you to indicate the values associated with the question:

The "Document" tab allows you to link documents to a question so that they can be easily consulted by front office users. To do this, click on the button. The file pop-up opens. All you have to do is select files in the folder tree:

The "Conditions" tab allows you to create cascading questions. That is, to condition the appearance of a question on a parameter.
Select whether the question must meet at least one "OR" condition or all "AND" conditions.
Then click on
The condition can be the answer to a previous question or an attribute of the point of sale (for example the brand or the circuit in which the visit takes place).

Restrictions
To add restrictions to a questionnaire, click on the "Restrictions" tab. A questionnaire can be restricted to one or more organizations, one or more brands, one or more roles, one or more classifications, or one or more visit subtypes. It is also possible to make combinations of restrictions. If no organization, brand, role, classification, or visit subtype is selected, this means the questionnaire is valid in all possible configurations.
Documents
In the "Documents" tab, the list of documents associated with the survey is listed.
Several action buttons are also available:
- Add: allows you to attach documents to the questionnaire;
- Delete: after selecting one or more documents using the check boxes in the table, allows you to detach the document(s) from the questionnaire (but it is not deleted from the platform);
- Download: After selecting one or more documents using the checkboxes in the table, allows you to download the documents (a .zip file is created and available in the notifications).
